Early Registration Deadline : December 22. 2023
Team Registration Fee (Early Bird) : $300/team
Final Registration Deadline : March 1, 2024
Team Registration Fee (Regular fee): $400/team
Teams can opt to arrive the night before May 4 for an additional $40/person.
Payment may be made by cash, cheque, VISA, MC, or debit. Credit card payments may be phoned in. Please make cheques payable to “Canadian Woodlands Forum”. Contact Becky Geneau for more information.

Refund – Any paid team that withdraws from the competition after April 1st, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.
Potential Additional Costs:
- It is the responsibility of the teacher to approach their school, school district or Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to cover the cost a supply teacher.
